Yes, our aim is to offer and design models which you can use and maintain multiple times, subject to your necessities. If a product drops out from our collection, it will be removed from the website.
Do the description and the photos of the product you provided on the website represent what I will receive in reality?
All photos and the whole information are carefully prepared and selected so that the Customer is able to get the most clear and accurate idea of the respective product. We guarantee that the photos and information correspond to 100% of what you receive. In most cases, our customers claim that when they get the product personally it looks even better than on pictures.
When there is a slight change in the basic model (shown in the picture) upon your explicit request, it must always be specified and confirmed preliminary by both parties.
Is it possible to receive regular information via email about Gugla’s latest products and offers?

What is the embroidery price?
The price of embroidery is BGN 5 per item. You can select a font and text for a name. When selecting a logo, an embroidery program is created and the price is determined following your request to us and the complexity of the respective logo. The program is paid as a lump sum and usually is in the range of 20-40lv.
How can I order embroidery?
After selecting a model and adding it to your cart, select ’embroidery’ and follow the steps to complete the order.
What is the difference in the material for seasons spring / summer and autumn / winter?
The two main types of fabrics are of different composition and different thickness. The weight shows the thickness of the cloth and the % shows their composition:
-113gr.: 55% cotton – 45% polyester is the weight and composition of spring / summer fabrics (most suitable for shirts and tunics)
-130-165gr.: 35% cotton – 65% polyester and 60% cotton – 40% polyester is the weight and composition of autumn / winter fabrics (suitable for tunics, aprons and kits)

How can I determine my size most accurately?
For your convenience, besides the photo of the respective model and the general sizing of the GUGLA brand, for each model in the size table there is a size description in centimetres for the respective model. In order to be most comfortable for you, you should choose a size 3-5 cm larger than the body measures. Make sure whether the model is slim fit or regular fit cut. Our consultants are ready to help you make sure that you have chosen the right size.

What is the timeline for the delivery and are all products available?
Each product is manufactured after its purchase and therefore the timeline for manufacturing and delivery is in the range of 10-15 business days. Once manufactured the product is sent via courier. In case of high workload in the atelier and a potential consequent delay in the performance from our side, you will be notified in advance.
When the products are with a branding option, the term for delivery is extended with 2-3 business days.
