Delivery of products

The finished products under the Contract can be received by the Client in one of the following ways:

a) collection directly from the GUGLA studio in Sofia;

b) delivery to an office of the courier company “Speedy” AD chosen by the Client;

c) delivery to an address specified by the Client.

Free delivery – in the case of an Order worth more than 400 (four hundred) BGN, the transport costs of the order to the Client’s address in Bulgaria are at the expense of the Contractor. GUGLA is not obliged to combine separate Orders of the Client.

When collecting an Order directly from the GUGLA studio in Sofia, 96B Kotlenski Prohod Street, ground floor (on the sides of the block), you will be notified by phone on the day of completion of the order.

The Products are sent by the Contractor to the Client via the courier company “Speedy” AD. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Client at the moment when he or a person designated by him, other than the courier company selected by the Contractor, accepts the goods or at the moment when the Client is late in accepting the goods. The delivery time is usually within a few days after our confirmation that the products have been manufactured and released for transport.

Products sent to an office of the courier company “Speedy” AD specified by the Client will be held at such an office for up to 5 days and should be searched for and picked up by the Client in accordance with the terms and conditions of the courier. In the event that the Client has not taken the products after being notified of their shipment and within the specified period, all costs of delay in acceptance, subsequent collection and transport, etc., as well as the risk of their accidental loss or damage will be borne and passed on to him.

For deliveries to an address specified by the Client, the latter is obliged to provide access and the opportunity to accept the sent products. In the event that the Client cannot be found at the specified address, despite the reasonable attempts of the Contractor and/or the courier, the Contractor has the right, at its discretion, to leave the products in an office of the courier company “Speedy” AD close to the Client, notifying the Client of this, in which case the rules of the previous point will apply, including the costs and risk.

Upon acceptance, the Client must review the manufactured products and, within 2 days of their acceptance, make all its objections to improper performance of the assigned work, and in the event that it does not make objections, the manufactured products will be considered approved.
